Accelerated World History covers international history from the time of the Enlightenment and the French Revolution up through the end of the Cold War. During the second semester, students will complete a Spring Reearch Project (sometimes affectionately known as mini-Project A). The course will look at the ideological, political, and economic factors that influence history. In particular, the class will examine similarities between major events in history, such as revolutions like the French Revolution of the late eighteenth century and the Chinese Revolution of the twentieth century. | |||
