Classroom Rules and Procedures

1. Students must be in their desk when the bell rings.

2. Eating or drinking in class is not allowed.

3. Electronic devices of any type are not allowed in class.

4. Bathroom breaks will not be allowed during the first or last fifteen minutes of class.

5. Students will raise their hands when wanting to contribute to class discussions.

6. Disrespectful behavior of any type will not be tolerated.

7. Most importantly - Remember to have fun.

Homework

Homework in this class will be part of an on going process. It may be daily assignments or possibly working on larger projects that have been given longer periods of time to complete. All homework is due at the beginning of each class period.

Make up and Late work

Students who miss a class and return with an excused abscence will be allowed to make up the work missed. Students are expected to talk with me to find out what they missed. One day will be given for each excused day absent. Full credit will be given for any excused absence. Late work for unexcused absences will be allowed, but points will be deducted. One day = 75%, two days = 50%, three days or more = 0%. If a student misses a lecture, they are required to ask another student for those notes.
